"I love coming to work every morning – the atmosphere here is great"

Laura Koljonen works as a machine operator at the Rajamäki plant and describes her work as surprisingly diverse. "In our section, no one has their own dedicated machine and we all tend to cover the different stations between us."

"Our job involves the whole process from unpacking and rinsing the bottles to bottling and packing. It’s perfect team work. Everyone is ready to pitch in and lend a hand if help is needed," Laura explains.

As a team leader, Laura maintains the links with other departments and keeps her team informed of any important news and developments. "That means that I have really great opportunities for developing my team working skills."

For Laura, another major plus are her colleagues. "They are all brilliant," Laura says. "I love coming to work every morning. The atmosphere here is great!"
