"My career at Anora started in 2014 with a summer job as a filling machine operator at the Rajamäki bottling plant. Located in my home region, the factory offered a great opportunity to learn about work in production.
I did my thesis for Anora and, after finalising my degree in industrial engineering and management in 2017, I started as a bottling supervisor at the bottling plant. After that, I moved to the position of development engineer and I got to manage various production-related LEAN development projects. I currently work at Anora as a production manager. Over the years I've been able to view things from many different perspectives, an opportunity I value greatly.
As a production manager, I am responsible for production operations at the Rajamäki alcoholic beverage plant, i.e. the production of beverages as well as bottling and packaging operations. In my position I get to work with people across departments on a daily basis. Production is a versatile and lively environment, where I find work very rewarding. The work is also sufficiently challenging.
