Janek Laanisto, Wine Brand Manager, Estonia
Janek Laanisto is responsible for all wine brands in Estonia, both partner wines and Anora's own wines. "My work is quite versatile," Janek says. "One of the key elements is creating brand plans and planning for the coming periods." Janek also works with sales teams in executing plans, developing the product portfolio and running wine trainings for Anora's own staff, clients and consumers. "Since I am a sommelier from my background, I am quite often invited to discuss about wines with our customers." Janek is passionate about wines. "In my free time, I love to go to restaurants and see what our competitors are doing. This is really a lifestyle for me; it does not feel like working!"

Janek is proud of his team in Estonia. "We have a great team, everyone is working together in a very result oriented way. Sales and marketing are totally steered towards the same targets. There is also an excellent working climate here – lots of open discussions and fair treatment of employees."

Laura Koljonen works as a machine operator at the Rajamäki plant and describes her work as surprisingly diverse.

Pål Engen works at Anora’s Gjelleråsen plant in Norway, the only beverage house that has their own coopers in the Nordics.

Åsa Orsvärn works in Sweden as Chief Blender of Anora's glöggs. Her work includes creating Anora's annual, limited edition Blossa.

Laura Koivisto works as a product development manager, creating beverage recipes for entirely new product ranges and introducing new flavours to existing ones.
