Anora’s Annual Report for 2025 has been published

Anora Group Plc has published its Annual Report for 2025 today. The Annual Report consists of a Business Review, the Report by the Board of Directors including the obligatory Sustainability Statement, a voluntary Sustainability Review, a Governance section (Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report), and the Financial Statements with notes. The Annual Report pdf file is available in Finnish and English.

Anora’s official Financial Statements 2025 including the Report by the Board of Directors in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements are published as an XHTML file. The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Anora Group’s ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).

The Sustainability Statement is prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) referred to in the Finnish Accounting Act, and with the EU Taxonomy Regulation. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, an authorised sustainability audit firm, has provided an assurance report on Anora’s Sustainability Statement based on a limited assurance engagement it has performed in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).

The English version of the Annual Report is attached to this release as a PDF file and the Financial Statements in English as an XHTML file. They are also available on the company website at anora.com/investors.
