Anora's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 14 April 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (EEST) at the Dance House Helsinki, Pannu Hall in Helsinki. Registration for the AGM begins on 19 March at 10:00 a.m. (EEST).

How we became Anora

Governance
Anora's Board of Directors approves Anora's Corporate Governance Principles. The Board also adopts instructions and operating policies supplementing the Corporate Governance Principles, which provide a framework for Anora's effective management and steering in accordance with good corporate governance. The Board annually assesses that the Corporate Governance Principles are up-to-date.
