The Annual General Meeting of Anora held on 15 April 2025 approved the proposal by the Board of Directors to pay a dividend of EUR 0.22 per share for the financial year 2024. The dividend was paid on 28 April 2025 to a shareholder registered in the shareholders’ register of the company held by Euroclear Finland Oy on the record date of the payment, i.e. 17 April 2025 (the record date of the payment was 22 April 2025 for the Norway based shareholders as 17 April 2025 was not a banking day in Norway).
Anora’s dividend policy is to distribute 50–70% of the result for the period as dividends. There is, however, no guarantee of any future dividend payment or the amount thereof. The historical dividends paid have been presented below.
