"Wine is a way of living," says Kasper Mütze Balle
Kasper's path in the world of wine started long before Anora in Copenhagen. For him, the best part of his job is getting to work with people from all over and helping Anora grow in the Nordics. "From coming up with new wine ideas and picking up trends, to working towards the final product and getting it out there – I'm in it every step of the way".
Aleksandrs' career at Anora has been a great journey, filled with collaboration, continuous learning, and great colleagues
Aleksandrs' career at Anora began nearly two decades ago, and during this time he has had the opportunity to work in several different functions, from Procurement Assistant to leading procurement to purchasing. Currently, Aleksandrs works as a Logistics Manager for Anora Latvia.
Problem solving in a top team – "I believe these experiences will definitely prove to be useful in the future."
Ronja worked as an labelling machine operator at Anora's Rajamäki factory over the summer. For a student of process engineering the job couldn't have been a better fit.

Ilkka applied for a summer job at Anora in the footsteps of his parents, who both work at the company. The Rajamäki alcoholic beverage plant offered hands-on experience in production, supporting Ilkka's future university studies as well.

Nicholas Mphande joined Anora as a machine operator at the Rajamäki plant in the summer of 2023. The job provided an excellent opportunity to learn completely new skills with the support of great colleagues and supervisors.

From a summer job as a filling machine operator to her current position as Production Manager, Sara Palonen's career at Anora has given her a great vantage point to the operations of the Rajamäki alcoholic beverage plant.
"What I really love about the job is the craftmanship – I’m proud to continue the tradition of the cooper trade"
Pål Engen works at Anora’s Gjelleråsen plant in Norway, the only beverage house that has their own coopers in the Nordics.
"I want to work where the products are actually made and where I can influence their development"
Laura Koivisto works as a product development manager, creating beverage recipes for entirely new product ranges and introducing new flavours to existing ones.
"It's great fun to be part of the whole lifespan of a product"
Åsa Orsvärn works in Sweden as Chief Blender of Anora's glöggs. Her work includes creating Anora's annual, limited edition Blossa.
"This is a lifestyle for me; it does not feel like working"
Janek Laanisto is responsible for all wine brands in Estonia, both partner wines and Anora's own wines.
